Coaching Sessions
First Session: Your InspirePath EI coach will provide an overview of the EQ-i 2.0 model and offer a personalized summary of your assessment results. This session will clarify your unique EQ-i profile and help you identify areas you'd like to focus on.

Development Plan & Regular Check-Ins

Progress Assessment & Goal Setting
After 9-12 months, you'll retake the EQ-i 2.0 assessment to measure your progress. This allows you to see the tangible results of your EI development efforts. We'll then work with you to set new goals for continued growth and development.
