The PIC's Mission: Our goal is to cultivate an environment for participants to freely learn, experiment, and evolve together, challenging traditional performance management methods and fostering empowerment in our community.
Who are The PIC?
In early 2024, a group of forward-thinking leaders and HR professionals joined forces, dissatisfied with the limitations of traditional performance management. Together, they formed a collective to disrupt the field, fostering innovation and inspiring organizations to elevate their approach to performance management in a way that truly drives results.
Elena’s Role: Elena is a founding member and serves as the leader and moderator of The PIC’s roundtable events. Working closely with the team, she plays a key role in selecting impactful topics at the intersection of performance—such as equity, wellbeing, and conflict—and in assembling thought-provoking panels featuring some of the industry’s most influential thought leaders.
She collaborates with the panellists to craft discussions that explore these hot topics, ensuring each conversation delivers maximum value. Her goal is to empower audiences with actionable strategies that elevate workplace culture and amplify organizational performance.
